We are Golden Local.

We believe in creating timeless homes that families can enjoy for years to come. We personally make every selection for our projects, from the paint, tile, hardware - you name it, we’ve picked it.

We believe in “building like you live here”… because we do! We live in Nashville with our daughter and two dogs. When we aren’t working on real estate projects, we are sneaking off to the beach or maybe just hanging at home watching BBC crime dramas.

    Josh has a background in finance and project management. He started investing in real estate in 2013 and got his real estate license in 2019.

    FOUNDER + DESIGN DIRECTOR

    April spent a decade in the entertainment & event industry. She has always had an eye for details and now channels that energy into beautifying spaces.

  • Lucy

    PAWSONAL ASSISTANT

    Lucy is always by Josh & April’s side, ready to tackle any problems. What she lacks in administrative skills, she makes up for in charisma.
